My career brings together technical writing, software development and communications. I have worked with software and API documentation, and my earlier experience includes PR and marketing leadership, digital diplomacy and public speaking.

That combination shapes the questions I ask: What is the reader trying to do? What do they already know? Where does the explanation stop making sense?

I enjoy getting to know an unfamiliar subject, working with the people who understand it deeply, and finding a way to explain it clearly.
