From integration to understanding.
Authored the original Shoppable Video integration guide, helping developers embed the product on their websites.
01 The challenge
An integration guide needs to connect product behaviour with the steps a developer takes in code. Readers need enough context to make decisions and enough practical detail to implement them.
02 My contribution
I wrote the original integration guide. The case study focuses on that authorship; the current published documentation has continued to evolve.
03 The work sample
The live guide provides a public example of the documentation: installation steps, playlist configuration, styling and programmatic interaction. It combines explanatory prose, code examples and reference information.
