Turning specialist knowledge into technical content.
A client project exploring PFAS transition strategies in advanced catheter technologies, bringing together specialist interviews and technical research.
The challenge
PFAS transition in catheter technology involves material performance, manufacturing choices and different development pathways. Explaining the subject requires a coherent structure without losing the technical distinctions.
My contribution
I worked on the technical narrative and content, drawing on interviews with Optinova’s technical and business specialists. The project connected expert input with the needs of medical-device stakeholders.
The reference material
The supplied 2026 technical brief, A Strategic Approach to PFAS in Advanced Catheter Technologies, presents three pathways: responsible fluoropolymer continuity, next-generation PFAS-free innovation and low-PFAS transitional solutions. It is used here as project reference material.
